INKLUSIIV TALKS: Taking actions on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion – The Role of Data

In this event, we will

1. Launch the results from Inklusiiv’s Annual Survey: The goal of the survey was to create country-specific knowledge about the state of DEI in companies in Finland and to make it available to the public. The survey was filled out by leaders & individuals who are closely involved with HR or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts on behalf of their companies.

2. Discuss the role of DEI data and key actions companies can take: The DEI data helps companies to identify their own state in their DEI journey. In addition, it also provides them with a better understanding of the key actions and measures they need to take to successfully deliver their DEI goals.
